Description

Life is a distillation of Crowley’s life:a marital breakup and all that goes with it; the death of a beloved cat; affairs and infidelities; a paean to his only son on his twenty-first; observations on life in his adopted home of Florida, including Greyhound buses and Snowbirds. There is also a clarion call with John Spillane to preserve the biodiversity of Cork Harbour (‘No Incinerator’) and a lament to his favourite ship, Asgard, now lying at the bottom of the sea.
